Rules for Aarav — Bengaluru family office: alerts on; immediate when severity ≥ high, otherwise held for the next digest; quiet hours 22:00–07:00 (Asia/Kolkata); at most 3 immediate alerts a day; one non-critical alert per tracked company per 24 h; cluster = 2+ adjacent raises in 14 days. Each event alerts once (unique dedupe key). Change in settings.
